Surface Settlement and Control Measures of Shallow Buried Weak Rock Diversion Tunnel under Rainfall Infiltration Conditions

Abstract
In order to study the surface settlement and control technology of shallow buried tunnels passing through waterrich and weak rock layers under rainfall infiltration conditions,relying on Shenzhen Tiegang-Shiyan Reservoir Water Quality Assurance Project,based on the Peck formula,the characteristics and laws of surface settlement under different working conditions were analyzed using a combination of numerical and on-site measurement.Different support effects were compared,and the best surface settlement control measures were proposed.The results showed that during tunnel construction in the rainy season,the arch crown settlement reached its maximum value(14.50 mm)at the end of rainfall(t=7 d),and began to de-crease after rainfall(t=9 d).In the early stage of rainfall(t=1 d),the plastic zone of the tunnel surround-ing rock mainly appears at the arch position.As the rainfall time increases,the plastic zone gradually ex-pands towards the surface.After the rainfall ends(t=9 d),the distribution range of the plastic zone gradually de-creases.When shallow buried tunnels pass through water rich weak rocks,the use of surface sleeve valve pipe grou-ting can effectively control surface settlement,but combined with high-pressure horizontal rotary jet grouting tech-nology,the settlement effect is better,reducing the settlement value by 22.8%.关键词
