钢箱梁跨线顶推支架及滑移支点力学特性分析
Mechanical Characteristics Analysis of the Supporting Structure and Slip Fulcrum in the Incremental Launching for Steel Box Girders

Abstract
In response to the safety issues of prefabricated steel box girder jacking construction across exist-ing transportation lines,it focuses on the stress performance of the jacking support and sliding fulcrum during the jacking construction of the bridge project spanning Wangcheng Avenue on Jianjian Avenue in City of Luoyang.Using theoretical calculations and Midas software to establish solid models of the jacking support and sliding pivot respectively,in order to analyze the mechanical characteristics of the structure un-der the maximum load condition of the pivot.The results indicated that the stable bearing capacity of the bracket is related to factors such as column size,cross-sectional properties,and step spacing;Under the most unfavorable load conditions,the maximum combined stress of the substructure of the pier side sup-port and the jacking assembly support are 67.3 MPa and 47.8 MPa,respectively;In terms of horizontal de-formation,the frictional force of the jacking has a significant impact on the deformation of the jacking as-sembly bracket.The overall structural buckling characteristic value meets the allowable value of the speci-fication.The maximum deformation of the sliding fulcrum is located on the top surface of the sliding box,and the maximum combined stress is located at the corner of the contact surface between the sliding box and the pad beam.关键词
