摘要
Abstract
Based on an arterial highway project, which is 32.76km,two-way,6-lane road, the application of in-situ thermal regeneration technology is explored. It is confirmed that the diseases in this section are mostly concentrated on the surface and there is no structural damage, making it suitable to use in-situ ther-mal regeneration technology after investigating the road condition indicators, such as PQI,PCI,and PWI,in detail. The main research focuses on the influence of different RAP recycled asphalt pavement material dos-ages on the road performance of recycled mixtures. The high-temperature stability,low-temperature crack resistance, and water stability were comprehensively evaluated through rutting tests, small beam bending tests, immersion Marshall tests, and freeze-thaw splitting tests. The results indicated that the high-temper-ature stability,i.e.the dynamic stability index,of the recycled mixture is superior to that of the new mate-rial.At a RAP content of 30%,the mixture exhibits the best low-temperature crack resistanceand water stability, the maximum flexural strain is 2362 με,the residual stability after immersion is 98.9%and the freeze-thaw splitting tensile strength ratio is 93.2%.According to the result, the optimal RAP dosage is determined to be 30%,and the key technical points for on-site thermal regeneration construction are elabo-rated.关键词
