摘要
Abstract
Taking the application of ZN4S intelligent display control instrument in material sorting belt scales as the research object,Siemens S7-1200 PLC was selected as the core controller,and the MODBUS RTU communication implementation method between Siemens S7-1200 series PLC and ZN4S intelligent display control instrument was studied.The hardware structure and software design method for implemen-ting MODBUS communication between the two are elaborated,and online monitoring is implemented using HMI touch screen interface.The actual operation results have proven that it can achieve correct collection and display of instrument data,and has excellent control effects.关键词
