摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the surface performance of copper alloys used in soft decoration design,sur-face chemical plating was used to prepare coatings with different TiN content on the surface of copper al-loys and subjected to heat treatment.The effect on TiN content and heat treatment on the microstructure,hardness,and wear resistance of surface coatings were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the thickness of the coating on the cross-section without TiN content(0 g/L)was higher than that of the TiN added sample,and with the increase of TiN content,the thickness of the coating on the copper alloy surface increased first and then decreased.Compared to coatings without TiN and copper alloy substrates,coatings with TiN added have higher hardness.When the quality of TiN is 4 g/L,8 g/L and 12 g/L,the wear rate of the coating is lower than that of the substrate material,while when the quality concentration of TiN is 0 g/L and 16 g/L,the wear rate of the coating is higher than that of the copper alloy substrate.When the mass concentration of TiN is 8 g/L,the surface coating thickness of copper alloy is 11.9 μm,the hardness is 644 HV,the wear rate is 1.04×10-8 g/(rN),and it has high comprehensive mechanical performance.
