基于Fluent的工业烟气陶瓷膜换热器内部温度变化研究

Abstract
Ceramic membranes have excellent hydrophilicity and efficient condensation properties,which can quickly adsorb water vapor on the membrane surface and condense the adsorbed vapor into liquid water through two methods,ordinary condensation and capillary condensation.Select micron sized(2 μm)ceram-ic film to form a tube bundle for conducting water recovery experiments on the tail flue gas of gas boilers under different operating conditions,and predict the internal flow field distribution through numerical sim-ulation.The research results indicate that the flue gas temperature has significantly decreased,with a maxi-mum reduction of 38.75℃;Due to the condensation process,the convective heat transfer coefficient on the flue gas side varies within the range of 3 000~4 500 W/(m2·K);Due to the hysteresis of the condensed liquid film recovery process,there are different trends in the water recovery amount and water recovery rate of ceramic membrane bundles.The research conclusion can provide reference for the engineering application of ceramic membranes in the field of industrial flue gas moisture recovery and treatment.关键词
