摘要

Abstract

With the increasing discharge of oily wastewater,efficient oil-water separation technology has be-come a research focus in the field of environmental science.CoFe nanoneedle arrays were successfully load-ed on the surface of foam nickel(NF)by the one-step heteronuclear method(HN method)with simple preparation process(CoFe@NF).The membrane exhibits excellent superhydrophilic and underwater supe-roleophobic properties,with a water contact angle of 0° in air and an underwater oil contact angle(UOCA)exceeding 150° for various oils.In oil-water separation testing,the CoFe@NF membrane achieved ultra-high throughput of 1.4×106 L/(m2·h),while the separation efficiency remained above 99%.After 20 consecutive cycles of testing,the membrane was still able to maintain stable high flux and separation effi-ciency over 97%.In addition,the membrane can maintain its underwater superoleophobic state and high separation performance even after immersion in acid,alkali,salt solutions,friction,and ultrasonic treat-ment,demonstrating excellent chemical and mechanical stability.Provided reference for efficient develop-ment of oil-water separation membranes.
