基于双读数头的转台定位误差分离方法研究
Research on Dual Reading Heads Based Method for Rotary Table Positioning Error Separation
摘要
Abstract
The rotary table is an important part of the angle measurement system,while error separation is a key part of ensuring its ac-curacy.In the traditional positioning error separation method,the overall system cost will be too high due to lots of reading heads being used in the system.To reduce the cost,based on analyzing the characteristics of the positioning error of the rotary table,a method utili-zing the rotary table's own signals with dual reading heads is proposed to separate the positioning error.According to the characteristics of the transfer function,the relationship between the reading heads installation interval and the effectively separable harmonic order is identified,and a set of principles for selecting the installation interval of the reading heads is established.The experimental platform is built to verify the accuracy of the dual reading heads error separation method and prove the effectiveness of optimizing the installation interval of the reading heads.关键词
