Flight Simulator Control Loading System Based on Virtual Coupler
摘要
Abstract
An electric control load system is designed by using domestic PLC,domestic drives,domestic servo motors,A/D acquisition cards,customized sensors,and software,which includes a digital virtual coupler that can simulate the linkage of the control stick in a level D flight simulator,as well as the torque of driver after u-nilateral control jamming.The traditional internal and external circuit system architectures for load manipula-tion are independently developed and used,the high-frequency calculations is used to manipulate coupler torques,and the calculation results are sent to the left and right inner loop for actuation.When calculating the coupling torque,the elastic coefficient of the coupling torque is reasonably assumed,and the left and right con-trol stick follow-up functions,torque feedback,and real aircraft flight data are compared.The results can meet the requirements of The Performance Standards for the Certification of Aircraft Flight Simulators(AC-60-FS-2019-006).Based on this,single-sided jamming simulation is carried out,and the simulation results can meet theoretical expectations.关键词
