数字化转型对企业OFDI的影响效应及机制研究
Research on the impact and mechanism of digital transformation on the OFDI of enterprises

Abstract
In the era of the digital economy,enterprises endow new momentum to outward direct investment through digital transformation.Based on the data of listed enterprises from 2008 to 2022,this paper empirically analyzes the influence effect and mechanism of digital transformation on the OFDI of enterprises.The empirical results indicate that digital transformation significantly promotes the outward direct investment ability of enterprises,and the conclusion remains valid after a series of robustness tests and endogenous processing.Through heterogeneity analysis,it is discovered that the digital transformation in the eastern and central regions,non-high-tech industries,non-heavy pollution industries,and labor-intensive industries has a more significant enhancement effect on the OFDI of enterprises.The mechanism test reveals that digital transformation can enhance the OFDI ability of enterprises by improving the level of new-quality productive forces and alleviating financing constraints.Finally,some suggestions on policy making are put forward,such as supporting the development of digital economy by government departments,strengthening the construction of digital platforms,improving internal control of enterprises,and enhancing inter-regional collaboration.关键词
