摘要
Abstract
In the new journey of comprehensively building a modern socialist country,building a socialist cultural power is not only inherent to Chinese modernization,but also an important cultural support for promoting Chinese modernization.The reform of cultural system and mechanism is key to promoting the leap of new quality productive force in the cultural field,and is also an important pillar for enhancing the international influence of Chinese culture,providing strong institutional guarantees for cultural confidence and self-improvement.At present,construction of socialist culture still faces multiple obstacles such as fragmentation of institutional inheritance,disorderly system coupling,path transmission obstruction,and coordinated misalignment of international promotion,which restricts the overall process of high-quality cultural development.To this end,it is necessary to reshape the cultural governance structure with systematic thinking,innovate cultural expressions in inheritance,improve factor integration capabilities in digital empowerment,stimulate reform effectiveness in institutional reconstruction,optimize narrative expression mechanisms in international communication,and promote in-depth development of cultural system and mechanism reform,thereby providing solid institutional support and development momentum for the construction of a socialist cultural power.关键词
