地方工科院校应用型创新人才"招生—培养—就业"一体化机制研究
Research on the Integrated Mechanism of Enrollment—Cultivation—Employment for Applied Innovative Talents in Local Engineering Colleges

Abstract
With Chongqing as an example,it explores the issues in the integrated collaborative mechanism of"enrollment—cultivation—employment"for applied innovative talents in local engineering colleges against the background of the new college entrance examination reform,the construction of Chongqing's"33618"modern manufacturing industry cluster system and the city's"416"strategic layout of science and technology innovation.It also proposes measures such as improving the quality of enrollment upon characteristic disciplines,strengthening employment guidance and services during the cultivation process,dynamically adjusting majors in line with industrial demands,establishing an integrated mechanism of industry—university—research cooperation,integrating and operating information sharing platforms,and constructing a scientific evaluation system,in order to promote the coordinated development of higher education and regional industries,and provide high-quality applied innovative talents for the long-term development of the local economy.关键词
