Effect of Concentrated Growth Factors Combined with Low-energy Laser on Neurological Function and Periodontal Bone Defects after Mandibular Im-pacted Wisdom Tooth Extraction

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of concentrated growth factor(CGF)combined with low-energy laser therapy(LLLT)on wound healing speed,incidence of inferior alveolar nerve injury and periodontal bone defect repair after mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction.Methods 90 patients who needed mandibular impacted wisdom tooth extraction from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected and randomly divided into CGF group(filled with CGF condensate after tooth extraction),laser group(postoperative low-energy laser irradiation)and combination group(CGF combined with laser treatment)with 30 cases in each group.The curative ef-fect was evaluated by visual analogue scale(VAS),acupuncture test,probing depth and radiographic bone height(BL).Results The VAS scores of the combined group at 7 days,14 days and 21 days after operation were lower than those of the CGF group and the laser group,and the acupuncture points were higher than those of the CGF group and the laser group.There was no significant difference in the VAS scores and acupuncture points between the CGF group and the laser group at each time point.At 30 and 60 days after operation,the improvement of DB,DM and DL probing depth and BL in the combined group were significantly better than those in the other two groups.The improvement of BL in the CGF group was significantly better than that in the laser group.There was no significant difference in dB,DM and DL probing depth between the CGF group and the laser group.Conclusion CGF combined with laser treatment can synergisti-cally accelerate the wound healing after mandibular impacted wisdom tooth surgery,effectively reduce the risk of nerve injury,and signifi-cantly promote the repair of periodontal bone defects,which is better than a single intervention program.关键词
