"脐四边穴"配伍针刺对乳腺癌术后患者失眠的临床观察
Clinical Observation of Acupuncture at Qisibian Points of Umbilicus on Insom-nia in Patients with Breast Cancer after Surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at the Qisibian Points of the umbilicus on insomnia in patients with breast cancer after surgery.Methods 89 patients with insomnia after breast cancer surgery were divided into control group and experi-mental group according to random number table method.The control group(n=44)was given oral Esazolam tablet 1mg before going to bed,and the experimental group(n=45)was treated with acupuncture at umbilical Sibian point as the main point on the basis of the con-trol group,once a day,5 times a week,1 week as a course of treatment for 1 month.Observe and record the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores of the two groups,as well as the total sleep time(TST),sleep efficiency(SE),sleep latency(SL)and arousal time(AT)de-tected by the polysomnography(PSG)software and polysomnography instruments.Also record the quality of life,the scores of the Hamil-ton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),and adverse reactions.Results After treatment,the scores of the HAMA,SL,AT,and PSQI in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the values in the experimental group were even lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the World Health Organization Quality of Life Assessment-BREF,SE,and TST in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the values in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no sig-nificant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at the Qisibian Points combined with acupuncture can improve the sleep quality of patients with insomnia after breast cancer surgery,and can also im-prove anxiety and quality of life without obvious adverse reactions.The curative effect is better than that of taking estazolam alone.关键词
