BDA患者神经功能恶化与血压变异相关性分析
Correlation Analysis between Deterioration of Neurological Function and Blood Pressure Variability in BDA Patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between blood pressure variability(BPV)and branch atheromatous disease(BAD)was associated with early neurological deterioration(END).Methods 98 cases of BAD patients admitted from January 2023 to January 2025 were divided into the END group(43 cases)and the non-end group(55 cases)according to whether END occurred within 90 days.The clinical data and BPV parameters of the two groups were compared,and the influencing factors of END occurrence were analyzed by logistic regression.Results The proportion of hypertension in END group(90.7%)was higher than that in non-END group(60.0%)(P<0.05).The NIHSS score at admission and the NIHSS score at discharge n END group were higher than those in non-end group(P<0.05).Systolic blood pressure standard deviation and coefficient of variation in the END group were higher than those in the non-end group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that hypertension,NIHSS at discharge,coefficient of variation of systolic blood pres-sure was the main influencing factor of END in BAD patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The coefficient of variation of systolic blood pres-sure is the main factor affecting the occurrence of END in BAD patients,and monitoring the variability of blood pressure is helpful to the assessment of the condition of BAD patients.关键词
