糖尿病肾病治疗药物研究进展
Research Advances on Therapeutic Drugs for Diabetic Nephropathy
摘要
Abstract
The management of diabetic kidney disease(DKD)should integrate both blood glucose and blood pressure control strategies.Effective blood glucose management is essential for the prevention of DKD,although its impact on renal function improvement in advanced-stage patients is limited.In treatment,novel hypoglycemic drugs such as glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists and sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 inhibitors not only lower blood sugar levels but also provide renal protection.Additionally,angiotensin II receptor blockers and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors,as antihypertensive medications,offer protection against DKD by re-ducing urinary protein excretion.Third-generation non-steroidal mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists present new therapeutic options for patients,and innovative treatment strategies are progressively being incorporated into clinical settings.关键词
