基于古代中医文献探讨肛肠疾病的病因病机
Exploration Etiology and Pathogenesis of Anorectal Diseases Based on An-cient Chinese Medicine Literature

Abstract
Sorting out,studying and utilization of TCM literature is conducive to exploring the academic origin of TCM literature and pro-moting the inheritance and development of TCM scholarship.TCM anorectal medicine is a clinical discipline that studies the occurrence,development and prevention rules and treatment of anorectal diseases.In ancient Chinese medicine literature,there are abundant and de-tailed records on the etiology and pathogenesis of anorectal diseases,among which many theories still guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment practice of anorectal diseases,which is of great significance for deepening the cognition of anorectal diseases.According to an-cient traditional Chinese medical literature,the occurrence of anorectal diseases is closely related to the weakness of viscera and bowels,as well as the imbalance of yin and yang,encompassing factors such as congenital deficiency,inappropriate sexual practices,excessive strain and rest,emotional trauma,and deficiency of qi and blood;irregular diet and external attacks of the six pathogenic factors are also etiological factors for anorectal diseases.Furthermore,physical factors like anal trauma during defecation and excessive effort during childbirth can also lead to anorectal diseases.This article systematically summarizes and sorts out the ancient physicians'explanations on the etiology and pathogenesis of anorectal diseases.关键词
