Exploration of School Enterprise Cooperation Empowering Young Teachers to Carry out Innovative Education for Medical Students
摘要
Abstract
It is very significance in cultivating students'innovative consciousness,improving their employment and entrepreneurial abili-ties for medical colleges to carry out innovative education.As the main force of the university teaching staff,the growth and development of young teachers directly affect the quality of talent cultivated by universities.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical signifi-cance to build a practical platform for school enterprise cooperation,establish a mature mechanism for cultivating the abilities of young teachers,so that they can better adapt to the implementation of innovative education models.This article summarizes the experience of medical university in recent years in supporting the growth of young teachers through school enterprise cooperation,we aim to provide strategies to further enhance the innovative education awareness of young teachers.关键词
