Abstract
To eliminate the secondary pull-in phenomenon of the contactor,combinating with the structure and principle of the contactor,the causes of its secondary pull-in phenomenon are analyzed.Using Ansys Maxwell simulation software,the suction reaction force matching relationship of the contactor is optimized.By changing the main compression spring reaction force,the overtravel compression spring reaction force and the contact overtravel,the theoretical basis for eliminating the secondary pull-in of the contactor is obtained.And the influence of the main compression spring reaction force,the overtravel compression spring reaction force and the contact overtravel on the secondary pull-in phenomenon of the contactor is verified by the grouped test.The results show that increasing the main compression spring reaction force,reducing the overtravel spring reaction force and reducing the contact overtravel can all eliminate the secondary pull-in phenomenon of the contactor.关键词
