盆底肌电生物反馈联合核心训练治疗神经源性膀胱的疗效
Efficacy of pelvic floor electromyographic biofeedback combined with core training in the treatment of neurogenic bladder

Abstract
Objective To explore an effective treatment for neurogenic bladder(NB)after spinal cord injury,and to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of pelvic floor electromyographic biofeedback combined with core training.Methods A total of 80 patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury treated at Zhejiang Rehabilitation Medi-cal Center from August 2023 to May 2024 were enrolled.Patients were randomly divided into a study group(n=40)re-ceiving pelvic floor electromyographic biofeedback combined with core training,and a control group(n=40)receiving core training alone.Clinical efficacy,urination status,lower urinary tract symptoms(LUTS),urodynamic parameters,pelvic floor muscle strength,and incidence of complications were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups showed improvements in 24-hour voiding frequency,incontinence episodes,residual urine volume,international prostate symptom scores,and detrusor pressure during the filling phase,with greater improvement observed in the study group(P<0.05).Additionally,the study group showed significantly higher values in voiding volume,maximum bladder capacity,maximum urethral closure pressure,fast-twitch muscle strength,average slow-twitch muscle strength,endur-ance muscle strength,and composite scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference in com-plication rates was observed between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor electromyographic biofeedback com-bined with core training is effective and safe for treating neurogenic bladder in patients with spinal cord injury.This ap-proach significantly improves voiding function,urodynamics,pelvic floor muscle strength,and accelerates neurological re-covery.关键词
