快康饮改善胃肠肿瘤患者气管插管全麻术后咽喉症状的随机对照研究
A randomized controlled study on the effect of Kuai-Kang Drink on postoperative throat symptoms after endo-tracheal intubation general anesthesia in patients with gastrointestinal tumors

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Kuai-Kang Drink in alleviating postoperative throat dis-comfort and dry mouth following endotracheal intubation general anesthesia in patients undergoing gastrointestinal tumor surgery.Methods A total of 76 patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor surgery were randomly assigned to either an observation group or a control group,with 38 patients in each group.On the basis of standard postoperative care,the control group received warm boiled water orally,while the observation group was administered Kuai-Kang Drink(20 mL every 2 hours,starting 6 hours post-surgery,continued up to 48 hours).Throat symptoms and dry mouth were assessed at 6,8,12,24,and 48 hours after surgery.Results Both groups showed gradual improvement in postoperative throat pain and discomfort over time.However,the observation group demonstrated significantly better outcomes at 8,12,24,and 48 hours postoperatively(P<0.05).Throat discomfort relief was observed as early as 8 hours postoperatively in the observation group,with the most significant improvement at 12 hours,and near-complete resolution by 24-48 hours.Similarly,dry mouth symptoms in the observation group improved significantly at 12,24,and 48 hours compared to the control group(P<0.05).Noticeable relief of dry mouth was observed at 12 hours,with maximal improvement thereafter,and near-complete resolution by 24 hours.Conclusion Oral administration of Kuai-Kang Drink starting 6 hours after gastrointestinal tumor surgery under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation can effectively relieve throat discomfort and dry mouth symptoms within 24 hours postoperatively.This method is safe,effective,and worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
