老年结直肠癌认知衰弱相关研究进展
Research progress of cognitive frailty in elderly patients with colorectal cancer
摘要
Abstract
Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors and a leading cause of cancer-related mortality worldwide.With the acceleration of global population aging,the proportion of elderly patients among those with colorectal cancer continues to rise.Cognitive frailty is particularly prominent in elderly colorectal cancer patients and is closely associated with disease progression,adverse outcomes,and significantly reduced quality of life,ultimately leading to poorer prognoses.This review summarizes the current research on the correlation between colorectal cancer and cognitive frailty in the elderly,including its pathogenesis,risk factors,prognostic implications,and intervention strategies.The aim is to enhance awareness of cognitive frailty in elderly colorectal cancer patients and to provide clinical guidance for diagno-sis and treatment.关键词
