摘要

Abstract

With the promotion and development of intelligent technologies in recent years,port loading and unloading intelligence has been significantly improved,which adapts to the trend of low-carbon and green ports well.Portal cranes are used to load and unload bulk cargoes,its automation development is limited by the specific and uncontrolled working conditions.Thus the automation bottleneck of portal crane was analyzed from the aspect of working conditions,and a solution was proposed,which was different from the traditional hardware integration.The highly integrated multi-sensor fusion technology applied to the portal crane,complete with a large number of anthropomorphic algorithms and control techniques as well as highly developed remote control platform,which promoted the intelligence upgrading of bulk cargo terminals.
