摘要

Abstract

The construction of embankments under the geological condition of fine sand shoal may cause dynamic change in local flow field.With the construction progress,the flows along and around the embankment as well as the cross flow between shoals are prone to cause the erosion,even infiltration damage,which lead to construction failure.Based on an embankment project at Tongzhou Bay,appropriate measures were introduced,which applied to the construction of embankment on fine sand foundation.An analysis was made for the erosion mechanism and protection structure of fine sand foundation,the suggestions were put forward for the selection of anti-erosion measures and the construction organization of embankment heightening,which provided a reference for similar projects in the future.
