摘要

Abstract

Multi-pulse solid rocket motor is an important power plant in modern aerospace and military fields because of its strong adjustability,high energy efficiency and good multi-task adaptability.Pulse separation device(PSD)technology is one of the key technologies to realize multi-pulse operation,its performance and reliability directly affect the working state of motor.The current research and development of PSD technology was systematically reviewed,with a focus on summarizing the design forms,working principles and related technical features of various types,including rigid PSD(ceramic type,metal diaphragm type,jet rod type),soft PSD(rubber partition,resin partition),and new electrically controlled solid propellant barrier.Additionally,their advantages and lim-itations was analyzed.It is found that the rigid PSD is simple,without limitation of propellant type,but with disadvantages such as large mass and destructive debris;the soft PSD is light but limited in material strength and temperature resistance,and poor adapta-bility of propellant type;the electronically controlled solid propellant barrier has the functions of separation and ignition,but its tech-nical maturity is low and it is still in the early exploration stage.Finally,it is proposed that in the future,the reliability of PSD should be improved by optimizing material,structure and processes,intelligent optimization algorithm and reasonable light weight scheme design should be introduced to realize light weight.Debris control technology and ablative technology should be strengthened to re-duce damage,and new electrically controlled solid propellant barrier scheme should be adopted to realize multi-function.
