Abstract

In response to the problem that the"applying-holding-releasing"load cannot be accurately controlled during the com-paction process of a soft-hard mixed preform,based on the working principle of the soft-hard mixed preform compaction device,a control strategy was proposed with adjustable the compaction movements and holding time.An electromechanical transmission system that satisfied the"stop-rise-stop"motion law was construct,and the modified cycloid function was used to transform the uniform rota-tion of the control shaft into periodic variable speed motion of the bottom microporous plate.Based on the speed ratio coefficient kc,a parametric model of variable-speed motion for servo motors was established,which systematically revealed the influence laws of dif-ferent kc on the displacement,velocity and acceleration of the bottom microporous plate.Considering both the compaction efficiency and mechanical properties,different speed ratio coefficients should be selected at different compaction stages.At the initial stage of compaction,a smaller kc should be chosen,while at the final stage,kc should not exceed 0.6.The model parameter control method was further determined,and different movement laws of the microporous plate was obtained by adjusting the coefficients,achieving accu-rate output of mechanical parameters and meeting the full-cycle compaction requirements.The compaction experiment shows that in the process of preform,the compaction based on the dynamic control strategy of compaction movements and holding time can achieve basically the same effect as that under artificially ideal compaction data,and the maximum deviation between the two is 8.15%,which meets the actual process requirements.
