基于倾向性评分匹配法分析膝五针联合耳穴压豆治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效
Analysis of the therapeutic effect of knee five needle combined with auricular acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis based on propensity score matching method

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of knee five acupuncture combined with auricular pressure beans in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and its possible mechanism.Methods A total of 94 patients with knee osteoarthritis who met the inclusion criteria were collected through retrospective study.The non-exposed group received basic drug therapy,and the exposed group was treated with five knee needles and auricular acupuncture pressure beans on top of the basic drug treatment.27 patients in the exposed group and 33 cases in the non-exposed group were finally included according to the propensity score matching method(PSM).The serum interleukin 1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α)levels,musculoskeletal ultrasonography and joint effusion were measured in the two groups.The recurrence rate of patients in the two groups was observed.Results The effect of improving knee osteoarthritis in the exposed group was better than that in the non-exposed group,and there was significant difference in the apparent efficiency and recurrence rate between the two groups(P<0.05).The exposure group was superior to the non-exposed group in reducing the levels of IL-1β and TNF-α,synovial thickness and joint cavity effusion on musculoskeletal ultrasonography.There were significant differences in VAS and WOMAC scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of knee five needles and ear acupressure can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and joint function of knee osteoarthritis,reduce the recurrence rate,and its mechanism of action may be related to the chemotactic effect of anti-inflammatory factors.关键词
