Research progress on mRNA technology and its medical applications
摘要
Abstract
Messenger ribonucleic acid(mRNA)technology,characterized by its flexible design,efficient production,controllable cost,short research and development cycle,is widely applied in the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases,tumor immunotherapy and genetic disease treatment,and has become a research hotspot in the field of biomedicine.In recent years,significant progress has been made in mRNA technology in areas such as sequence optimization,development of novel modified nucleotides,modification of key enzymes,quality control,delivery vectors and application.This review summarizes the recent research progress of mRNA technology and provides valuable references for the future research and application of mRNA technology.关键词
