可快速响应的低功耗杂化丙烯酸酯共聚物及其湿敏特性
Fast-responsive Low-power Hybrid Acrylate Copolymers and Their Moisture-sensitive Properties

Abstract
The low-power fast-response hybrid acrylate copolymers(HCP)were prepared using 3-(isobutenoyloxy)propyltrimethoxysilane involved in the co-polymerisation reaction of acrylates.The results show that the response/recovery time of the moisture-sensitive device is 5 s/82 s in the relative humidity range of 11%RH~95%RH at a voltage of 1 V and a frequency of 1 kHz;the impedance change of the HCP moisture-sensitive device is three orders of magnitude in the range of 30%RH~95%RH,with a linearity of r=0.9956,and an average power consumption of 71.68 μW;and the HCP moisture-sensitive device possesses an excellent thermal stability and long-term stability.The scheme adopted in this paper provides a useful reference for the development of fast response humidity sensor technology with low power consumption characteristics.关键词
