Abstract
A rubber based pressure-sensitive adhesive suitable for automotive wiring harness tape with soft PVC film was prepared using natural rubber,styrene butadiene rubber,tackifying resin,flame retardant,anti-aging agent and toluene.The effects of the amount of natural rubber,styrene butadiene rubber,tackifying resin,antioxidant and flame retardant on the 180°adhesion to Steel,180° Adhesion to backing and flame retardant performance of rubber pressure sensitive adhesive were investigated by single factor test.The research results showed that,The amount of natural rubber was 26%of the effective content in the formula,the amount of styrene butadiene rubber was 30%of the effective content in the formula,the amount of tackifying resin was 41%of the effective content in the formula,the amount of antioxidant was 1.8%of the effective content in the formula,the amount of flame retardant was 1.2%of the effective content in the formula,the rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive has superior comprehensive performance.The effective content of the formula here refers to the quality of the non solvent part.关键词
