摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The new three-line combination of indica hybrid rice with the advantages of excellent agronomic traits,high yield,good rice quality beyond existing main varieties,good resistance to pests and diseases and wide ecological adaptability was bred to provide the germplasm support for guaranteeing food safety and promoting sustainable development of rice industry.[Method]The new three-line combination of indica hybrid rice(named as T Xiangyou Jinfuzhan)from the combination of T Xiang A(a high-quality three-lined indica sterile line)×Jinfuzhan(a high-quality restorer line)bred by field selection and identification technology,and regional trials together with production trials.[Result]The new three-line comination of indica hybrid rice T Xiangyou Jinfuzhan was bred successfully(Approval Number of 20230008).The average yield of T Xiangyou Jinfuzhan in Guizhou regional trials of early-maturity group during 2021-2022 reached 10.09 t/hm2 with an increase of 3.44%compared with Xiangzaoyou 2017 and the proportion of the accumulative yield increase sites was 71.4%.The average yield of T Xiangyou Jinfuzhan in the production test in 2022 reached 9.52 t/hm2 with an increase of 10.81%compared with Xiangzaoyou 2017 and the proportion of the accumulative yield increase sites reached 100.0%.The rice quality of T Xiangyou Jinfuzhan reached high-quality grade 2 of ministry standard.The taste score of T Xiangyou Jinfuzhan was 80.83 and 0.83 higher than Xiangzaoyou 2017.[Conclusion]T Xiangyou Jinfuzhan,a three-line hybrid indica rice variety with the advantages of high-yield,good quality and wide adaptability should be popularized and cultivated in early-maturity indica rice areas and the similar ecological areas in Guizhou.
