贵州52份水稻核心种质穗部性状差异及其主成分综合函数模型评价
Differences of Panicle Traits of 52 Core Rice Germplasm Resources in Guizhou and the Evaluation Based on Comprehensive Function Model of Principal Component

Abstract
[Objective]The differences in panicle traits of different rice germplasm resources were investigated to provide the scientific basis for genetic improvement,development and utilization of core rice germplasm resources.[Method]The differences in 13 panicle traits including panicle length,primary branch number,secondary branch number,panicle node number,total panicle node distance,panicle internode number,average panicle internode distance,grain length,grain width,spikelet number,filled grain number,seed setting rate and grain-setting density of 52 core rice germplasm resources were evaluated by the comprehensive function model of principal component.[Result]The variation coefficients of 13 panicle traits ranged from 4.45%to 29.86%among 52 core rice germplasm resources,which indicated that there was abundant genetic adversity in panicle traits.Tangman Huangke Nuo had the best performance in key panicle traits including panicle length(31.73 cm),total panicle node distance(29.00 cm),average panicle internode distance(4.34 cm),filled grain number(337.33 grains)and spikelet number(360.33 grains).Maolitun Guichao had the outstanding performance in spikelet number(342.00 grains)and grain-setting density(13.27 grains/cm).Nuogu-1 had the highest seed setting rate(99.19%).Baishuihe Yuanli performed poorly in panicle length,grain width and seed setting rate.Five principal components were extracted from 13 panicle traits of 52 core rice germplasm resources with a cumulative contribution rate of 85.89%.A comprehensive evaluation function equation of Fcomp=0.026X1+0.168X2+0.225X3+0.133X4+0.115X5+0.151X6-0.126X7+0.048X8+0.225X9-0.086X10+0.134X11+0.095X12+0.136X13 was obtained.52 core rice germplasm resources were clustered into three groups based on Fcomp.Group Ⅰ(1≤Fcomp ranking≤17)had the better performance in spikelet number,filled grain number,secondary branch number and grain-setting density.Group Ⅱ(18≤Fcomp ranking≤41)showed an average overall performance with the better performance in some panicle traits.Group Ⅲ(Fcomp ranking>41)had no outstanding performance in 13 panicle traits.[Conclusion]Maolitun Guichao and Tangman Huangke Nuo with an excellent performance in key panicle traits of panicle length,total panicle node distance,average panicle internode distance,filled grain number,spikelet number and grain setting density are of a higher research utilization value.关键词
