摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The effects of different earthworm solid waste(ESW)amounts on growing development,tuber quality and yield of sweet potato were explored to provide the scientific basis for recycling application of earthworm solid waste in production of sweet potato.[Method]The stem diameter,stem length,fresh leaf weight,dry stem weight,soluble sugar,crude protein,vitamin C,soluble solids and yield of sweet potatoes of 8 treatments including CK(unfertilized control),H1(N 250 kg/hm2,P2O5 150 kg/hm2 and K2O 450 kg/hm2),H2(cow dung,15 000 kg/hm2),H3(ESW,7 500 kg/hm2),H4(ESW,11 250 kg/hm2),H5(ESW,15 000 kg/hm2),H6(ESW,18 750 kg/hm2)and H7(ESW,22 500 kg/hm2)were determined at harvesting stage to analyze the effects of different ESW amounts on yield and quality of sweet potato.[Result]The agronomic traits,tuber quality and yield of H3 and H4 were no significant differences compared with CK and H1.The stem diameter and flesh leaf weight of H5,H6 and H7 were 40.3%-50.3%and 14.1%-19.0%higher than H1 and significant differences compared with CK,H1,H3 and H4,but no significant difference compared with H2.The stem length of H6 and H7 was 21.5%-23.8%and 17.6%-19.8%higher than H1 and H2 respectively,and was a significant difference compared with CK,H1,H2,H3 and H4 but was no significant difference compared with H5.There was a significant difference in dry stem weight between H7 and CK but no significant difference between H7 and other treatments.The yield of H5,H6 and H7 had significant difference compared with H1.The yield of H5 and H6 was 5.1%-7.9%higher than H2 but the difference was not significant.The yield of H7 was 22.0%higher than H2.The crude protein content of H7 increased by 39.5%,34.5%and 20.8%compared with CK,H1 and H2.There was a significant difference in crude protein content between H7 and CK,H1 but no significant difference in crude protein content between H7 and H2.The soluble sugar content of H5,H6 and H7 was 5.5%-7.3%and 5.2%-6.9%significantly higher than CK and H1 respectively.The soluble sugar content of H5 and H6 was no significant difference compared with H2.The soluble sugar content of H7 was 4.2%higher than H2 significantly.The Vc content of H5,H6 and H7 was 22.2%-48.2%higher than CK significantly.The Vc content of H6 and H7 was 32.7%-38.4%and 23.5%-28.9%significantly higher than H1 and H2 respectively.There was no significant difference in soluble solid content between H5 and H2.The soluble solid content of H6 and H7 was 26.8%-39.3%,16.4%-28.0%and 7.5%-18.2%significantly higher than CK,H1 and H2 respectively.The ESW application amount was positively related to stem diameter,dry stem weight,stem length,flesh leaf weight,crude protein,soluble sugar,soluble solids,Vc and yield of sweet potato significantly(r≥0.57).[Conclusion]The application amount of ESW with 15000-22500 kg/hm2 can effectively promote growth of sweet potato plants and improve agronomic traits,tuber yield and quality of sweet potato,which indicates that the ESW application amount with 15000-22500 kg/hm2 should be popularized in production of sweet potato.
