职业本科教育背景下教师教学创新团队的困境表征与路径构建
Challenges and Pathways for Constructing Teaching Innovation Teams in the Context of Vocational Undergraduate Education

Abstract
As a key organizational form in vocational undergraduate education,teaching innovation teams play a critical role in advancing teaching reform,integrating industry and education and supporting teacher development.These teams are characterized by structural coordination,project orientation and multi-agent collaboration.Grounded in the institutional attributes of type-based education,this study identifies several challenges facing the organizational practice of teaching innovation teams in vocational undergraduate institutions,including ambiguous objectives,structural imbalance,mechanism deficiency and weak institutional support.In response,the study proposes five strategic pathways:clarifying mission and vision,constructing composite team structures,improving collaborative mechanisms,promoting faculty development and strengthening institutional embedding.These are aimed at transforming teams from"temporary organizations"into"institutional units."The research underscores that team construction should be embedded within the vocational undergraduate type-based education system,serving as a mediating mechanism for governance,competency cultivation and teacher professionalization.关键词
