摘要

Abstract

As a pivotal vehicle for deepening the reform of the modern vocational education system,industry-education integration communities play a strategic role in dismantling barriers to industry-education collaboration and driving technological innovation in industries.Driven by the digital economy and industrial transformation,their reforms exhibit trends including the deepening of strategic positioning toward ecological symbiosis,the evolution of organizational structures into substantive platforms,the shift of operational models toward market-driven mechanisms,and the advancement of technological support through dynamic iteration.However,current challenges include practical blockages such as fragmented stakeholder perceptions,structural imbalances between supply and demand,and inefficiencies in governance.To address these issues,it is imperative to bridge cognitive gaps through consensus-building and the cultivation of dual-qualified faculty,reshape supply-demand alignment via dynamic response mechanisms and scenario-based pedagogy,and enhance collaborative efficacy through a quadruple-helix governance framework and intelligent sharing platforms.These measures will foster a new ecosystem where educational chains,industrial chains and innovation chains mutually integrate,providing theoretical and practical paradigms for advancing institutional innovation in industry-education integration and strengthening the adaptability of vocational education.
