Students'Sense of Well-being in Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the PERMA Model:Internal Logic and Implementation Paths

Abstract
With the formal integration of labor education into national educational policies,higher vocational colleges bear a significant mission in cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents with all-around development in moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor education.However,current labor education in higher vocational institutions faces practical challenges such as structural imbalances in the curriculum system,a disconnect between theory and practice and insufficiently refined evaluation mechanisms,which severely constrain the effective enhancement of students'sense of happiness.Based on the PERMA model,this study systematically explores the intrinsic relationship and mechanisms between labor education in higher vocational colleges and students'sense of happiness,revealing the educational value of labor education across five dimensions:fostering positive emotions,strengthening immersive experiences,constructing interpersonal relationships,instilling meaning and facilitating achievement.Labor education in higher vocational institutions not only enhances students'professional skills and vocational literacy but also reinforces their social responsibility,sense of meaning and sense of accomplishment through labor practices,thereby promoting a comprehensive improvement in their sense of happiness.关键词
