从双心疾病与线粒体功能障碍的关系探讨"心受气于脾"理论的科学内涵
Scientific Connotation of"Heart Receiving Qi from Spleen"Based on Correlation Between Psycho-cardiological Disease and Mitochondrial Dysfunction
摘要
Abstract
Psycho-cardiological disease is the combination of cardiac disease and psychological disease,which is a coexistent ailment of the heart in aspect of"blood vessel"and the heart in aspect of the mind,and it poses a serious threat to human health.In traditional Chinese medicine,the Heart and the Spleen are considered as the Mother Zang and the Son Zang,which support each other physiologi-cally and restrain each other pathologically,so Heart related diseases are closely related to the"Spleen"in traditional Chinese medi-cine."Heart receiving Qi from Spleen"is a highly generalized summary of the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases related to psycho-cardiological diseases.Mitochondria are the powerhouses of human cells,responsible for producing the energy essential for human life activities,and they share a fascinating similarity with that of the Spleen and Stomach,which are the sources of Qi and blood formation.Modern medical research has shown that mitochondrial dysfunction is a key factor in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases,and that Spleen deficiency is closely related to mitochondrial dysfunction.This suggests that the"Spleen-mitochondria-Heart"axis may be the biological basis of the traditional theory that"Heart receiving Qi from Spleen".At present,mitochondrial func-tion is the main pathway for elucidating the mechanisms by which traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)prevents and treats cardiovascu-lar diseases.Strengthening the Spleen and replenishing Qi,simultaneously treating Phlegm and blood stasis as well as harmonizing Heart and Spleen should be among the treatment principles of TCM for psycho-cardiological diseases.Future research needs to further ex-plore the correlation between the biological effects of"Heart receiving Qi from Spleen"and mitochondrial function,clarifying the mech-anisms by which TCM regulates mitochondrial function to prevent and treat psycho-cardiological diseases,thereby enriching the scien-tific connotation of TCM theory.关键词
