Professor Zhao Haibin's Experience in Treatment of Pycho-cardiological Disease Based on"Syndrome-Disease"Model
摘要
Abstract
Psycho-cardiological disease means a cardiovascular disease combined with mental and psychological disease,with complex symptoms and conditions.Professor Zhao Haibin,based on the TCM theory of psycho-cardiology,believes that psycho-cardiological diseases are coexistent ailments of the blood vessels and the mind,with the primary location of the disease in the heart and the core pathological mechanism being the impairment of the heart's regulation of blood vessels and mind.In clinical practice,he proposed the diagnostic and therapeutic approach of treating pycho-cardiological diseases in"treating disease under guidance of syndrome"model,namely,the"syndrome-disease"treatment model.Syndromes is unique with commonality and identifying a"syndrome"is aimed at finding commonality;diseases is diverse with specificity and identifying a"disease"is aimed at acknowledging differences.In the clini-cal diagnosis and treatment of psycho-cardiological diseases,the"syndrome-disease"model emphasizes"diagnosing syndrome first and then diagnosing disease,applying multi-dimensional syndrome differentiation method supplemented with disease identification,to seek commonality while acknowledging differences".In this syndrome differentiation model,the Six Meridians system are prioritized,supplemented with Zang and Fu syndrome differentiation system and referenced the conditions of Qi,blood and body Fluids.The differ-entiation of disease focuses on the specificity of each condition.In clinical practice,diagnosis and treatment model for"psycho-cardio-logical disease"requires both mastering syndromes through an integrative syndrome differentiation approach and understanding the dis-ease mechanism,in selecting formulas according to the disease.关键词
