基于"虚气留滞"探析双心疾病的中医病机特点及治疗策略
TCM Pathogenesis and Treatment Strategies for Psycho-cardiological Disease Based on"Retention due to Qi Deficiency
摘要
Abstract
Psycho-cardiological disease,also known as psycho-cardiac disease,refers to a condition in which cardiovascular disease coexists with psychological disorders such as anxiety and depression.The root cause of the disease is substance retention due to Qi defi-cient in the heart,specifically manifested as impaired circulation of blood in the heart and insufficient nourishment of the mind.The mechanism of disease progression involves stagnated substances obstructing in the heart,including abnormalities in the ascent and de-scent of Qi,persistent blood stasis as well as the gradual transformation of Phlegm-Dampness into heat.In terms of treatment,the pri-mary approach is to restore heart function,cultivate vitality,and remove stagnation.Treatment should be applied according to the stage of the disease:nourishing the Yuan Qi and the heart,regulating and supplementing Qi and blood in the heart;soothing the liver and relie-ving depression to regulate the flow of Qi in the meridians;activating blood circulation to resolve stasis and promote the circulation of Qi and blood;transforming Phlegm and eliminating Dampness as well as avoiding their lesion.Finally,emotional guidance should be incor-porated to ensure unobstructed circulation of blood and proper nourishment of the mind.关键词
