中医药治疗双心疾病的研究进展
Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Psycho-cardiological Disease
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,the incidence of cardiovascular diseases has been continuously increasing.When psychological disorders oc-cur based on cardiovascular diseases,it is referred to as"psycho-cardiological disease".Currently,there is no consensus on the de-scription of the pathogenesis of"psycho-cardiological disease",and treatment is often confined to cardiovascular diseases while neg-lecting the patient's mental and psychological issues.Even when both heart conditions are treated simultaneously,the treatment for anxi-ety and depression is usually added alongside cardiovascular treatment.However,due to limitations of Western medicine,drug toxicity,and adverse reactions,the advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in the treatment of"psycho-cardiological disease"are increasingly evident.TCM emphasizes humanistic care and the harmony of body and mind,and approaches treatment from the perspec-tive of the individual's alignment with nature.It uses comprehensive syndrome differentiation and treatment through syndrome differenti-ation systems such as the Six Meridians,the Eight Principles,and the Zang-Fu organs,achieving remarkable therapeutic effects and providing more options for the treatment of"psycho-cardiological disease".关键词
