从"伏邪"理论论治高血压肾损伤
Treatment of Hypertensive Renal Injury from Theory of"Hidden Evil Factors"
摘要
Abstract
Hypertensive renal injury refers to damage to the renal arterioles or renal parenchyma caused by primary hypertension.Kidney deficiency is the pathogenic mechanism for the development of hypertensive renal injury,and exposure to cold pathogenic factors is an inducing factor.Phlegm Turbidity obstruction is an intrinsic cause,and a high-salt diet is an external factor.The long-accumulated Cold Evil Factor within the body,internally generated Phlegm Evil Factor,and ingested high salt are all considered hidden Evil Factors.Therefore,hypertensive renal injury can be treated according to the theory of hidden Evil Factors.When hidden Cold Evil Factor is pres-ent,warming herbs should be used to dispel Cold as well as promoting blood circulation;when hidden Phlegm Evil Factor is present,in treatment the Lung,Spleen and Kidney should be considered.The Kidney should be regarded as the root,consolidating the foundation and nurturing Yuan Qi,while adjusting the diet.In clinical practice,one should not solely attack the Evil Factors to avoid the detriment of Yuan Qi,nor should one only use tonic methods leading to the dysfunction of the Spleen and Stomach.Both the Evil Factors and the body's resistance should be addressed,treating both the symptoms and the root cause.关键词
