基于"阳化气,阴成形"理论辨治良性阵发性位置性眩晕
Differentiation and Treatment of Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo Based on Theory of"Yang Transforming Qi,Yin Constituting Form"
摘要
Abstract
Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV)is increasingly common in outpatient clinics.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)offers unique advantages in treating BPPV and can serve as an important therapeutic approach for patients in whom reposition-ing maneuvers are unsuccessful.It can effectively alleviate residual dizziness after repositioning and prevent BPPV recurrence.The con-cept of"Yang transforming Qi,Yin constituting form",which is proposed in Huang Di Nei Jing,is a classic exposition of natural laws and life activities.It explains the primary mechanisms underlying BPPV and serves as a guiding principle for TCM treatment.Therefore,in BPPV treatment,regulating the balance between the transformation of Yin and Yang and the formation of shape should be focused on,with Yan transformation Qi being the dominant principle.During the acute attack,residual phase,and stable phase of BPPV,treatments should follow principles of warming Yang and transforming Qi to dispel Yin Evil Factors,combining attack and tonification to assist Qi transformation,and tonifying Yang to boost Qi and prevent recurrence,thus achieving a state of health described as"Yin and Yang bal-ance and spirit being restored".关键词
