功能性肛门直肠痛的古代文献溯源及中医病因病机探讨
Literature Tracing and Discussion on TCM Etiology and Pathogenesis of Functional Anorectal Pain

Abstract
Records of functional anorectal pain can be traced back to Huang Di Nei Jing,which involves anatomical concepts such as"Guangchang"and"Pomen"as well as descriptions of conditions like"Large intestine distension"and"pain syndrome".In Huang Di Nei Jing,it is proposed core theories such as"Pomen also serving the Five Zang"and"pain occurs when there is blockage or lack of nourishment".During the Jin and Tang dynasties,represented by the Zhu Bing Yuan Hou Lun,the internal and external pathogenic per-spectives of"Large intestine deficiency and external Evil Factor invasion"were initially explained.In the Song,Jin,and Yuan periods,the disease name of"Guangchang Pain"was clearly defined,and cases of pain caused by Yin Fluid deficiency as well as treatment ide-as such as purgation and moistening were recorded.The Ming and Qing periods featured the most extensive discussions,introducing dis-ease names like"anal itching and pain"and"anal tip itching and pain",further expanding the connections with Zang and Fu such as the Stomach and Kidney,and deepening the understanding of pathogenic factors like emotions and sexual labor.Comprehensive analysis indicates that functional anorectal pain belongs to the TCM categories of Large intestine distension,Large intestine excess,Guangchang pain,anal itching and pain,anal tip itching and pain,Gudao pain,and pain syndromes.Its occurrence is closely related to external six Evil Factors,emotions,diet,and sexual labor.The main pathogenesis is"pain occurs when there is blockage",with affected locations in the Large intestine,Kidney,Stomach and Heart.In ancient texts,treatments including oral Chinese medicine,topical application,acu-puncture,and dietary regulation were primarily described.关键词
