基于玄府理论辨治特发性膜性肾病
Treating Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy Based on Xuanfu Theory
摘要
Abstract
Membranous nephropathy is a common primary glomerular disease in China,mainly characterized by proteinuria and edema.Western medicine typically treats it with calcineurin inhibitors,rituximab,and other therapies;however,these treatments are costly,have significant side effects,and the disease often recurs.According to the Xuanfu theory,"failure of opening and closing of Xuanfu-stagna-tion and obstruction-atrophy and loss of function"is the main pathogenic pathway of idiopathic membranous nephropathy.Dysfunction and structural damage of Xuanfu are the primary mechanisms,and clinical treatment should focus on opening Xuanfu and regulating Qi and body Fluid,with treatment staged accordingly.In the early stage,in treatment we should focus on eliminating Wind,opening Xuan-fu,tonifying Qi to consolidate the exterior,restrain essence and reduce edema;in the middle stage,the focus should be on opening Xuan-fu and strengthening the Spleen to facilitate the flow of Qi;in the late stage,the approach should be supporting the Zheng Qi and consol-idating the root of body to balance Yin and Yang.关键词
