"肺胃同治"在放射性咽喉炎中的应用
Application of"Treating Spleen and Stomach Simultaneously"in Treating Radiation-Induced Pharyngitis
摘要
Abstract
The Lung and Stomach physiologically cooperate with each other,pathologically influence each other,and are connected through the meridians.The therapy of treating the Lung and Stomach simultaneously is a common method for managing Lung-Stomach disharmony.It is an important embodiment of the principle of nurturing the Earth to generate Metal and the treatment approach of"toni-fying the mother Zang when the son Zang is deficient".In traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),it is considered that radiation is Fire-Heat toxicity,therefore the occurrence of radiation-induced pharyngitis is often attributed to Fire-Heat damaging body Fluids,deple-tion of Yin,disruption of organ nourishment.Deficiency of Zheng Qi cause and blood stasis accumulating in the throat.According to the theory of treating the Lung and Stomach together for radiation-induced pharyngitis,if there is excessive Heat in the Lung and Stomach disturbing the throat,treatment should aim to clear Heat in the Stomach and Lung,detoxify,and benefit the throat,which can be ad-dressed with the Liangge Powder.If there is Yin deficiency in the Lung and Stomach resulting in dryness of the throat,treatment should focus on nourishing the Lung and Stomach and Yin to benefit the throat,which can be treated with the Shashen Maidong Decoction.If both Qi and Yin are deficient and the Lung and Stomach are weak,treatment should be strengthening Qi,nourishing Yin and tonifying the Lung and Stomach,which can be treated with the Shengmai Powder combined with Maimendong Decoction.关键词
