Action Mechanism and Clinical Research Progress of Danshen(Salvia)and Its Active Ingredients in Anti-gastric Cancer
摘要
Abstract
As a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for blood stasis and blood stasis,Danshen(Salvia)can effectively improve the pathological state of gastric cancer and play an anti-tumor role.Danshinone and salvianolic acid are the main active ingredients of Danshen in anti-gastric cancer,which can inhibit the progression of gastric cancer by inhibiting cell proliferation,hindering invasion and migration,promoting apoptosis,inducing autophagy,affecting tumor angiogenesis,inhibiting COX-2/PGE2 pathway,and reversing tumor chemotherapy resistance.In addition,the Chinese patent medicine and compound preparations of Danshen(Salvia)can improve the blood hypercoagulability state of gastric cancer patients,prevent thrombosis,and have the effect of increasing efficiency and reducing toxicity when combined with chemotherapy,and can treat precancerous lesions,thereby preventing the occurrence of gastric cancer.At present,some progress has been made in the study of Danshen against gastric cancer,but the mechanism has not been fully elucidated.Existing studies have mostly focused on tanshinone ⅡA,and the anti-tumor effects and mechanisms of other active ingredients still lack systematic exploration.In clinical application,it is necessary to further clarify the compatibility ratio of Dan in chemotherapy drugs,its efficacy,and the relationship between gastric cancer stage and pathological type and strengthen large sample randomized controlled clinical trials.In the future,it is necessary to deeply explain the mechanism of action of Danshen and its components against gastric cancer,promote the transformation of basic research into clinical application,and at the same time,with the help of modern medical knowledge and scientific and technological means,continue to develop salvia resources and develop new anti-tumor drugs,which also has broad research prospects.关键词
