摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the influence of different sensitization heat treatment temperatures on microstructure and mechanical properties of 2205 duplex stainless steel welded pipes,heat treatment tests were performed at 450℃,650℃,727℃and 850℃.Corrosion resistance was analyzed under different processes through metallographic analysis,tensile and impact tests.Results show that under sensitization temperature of 450℃,650℃or 727℃,metallograpic structure of 2205 stainless steel welded pipes maintains austenite-ferrite phase equilibrium and the hardness meets the standard requirements.In contrast,sensitization at 850℃causes local overheating,leading to transformation from austenite to ferrite,increased hardness and decreased impact toughness with fractures showing brittle fractures characteristics.Corrosion tests under simulated service conditions demonstrated that all sensitized samples met the standard requirements for both uniform corrosion rate and maximum pitting corrosion rate.Moreover,at 850℃,chromium-depleted zones formed along grain boundaries,making them susceptible to intergranular corrosion cracking under combined influence of corrosive environments and bending stress.These findings provide experimental support for optimizing heat treatment processes and engineering applications of multi-channel welded pipes.
