石油石化不同来源油泥热脱附残渣危险特性
Study on the hazard characteristics of thermal desorption residue of oily sludge from different sources in petrochemical industry

Abstract
The considerable quantity of residues generated following thermal desorption and disposal of oily sludge,coupled with the dearth of knowledge regarding their hazardous properties,impedes the advancement of their potential for resource utilization.This study used oil-based drill cuttings,oily sludge,petrochemical sludge,and waste clay from a facility in western China as the research objects.These residues were analyzed and compared based on the Hazardous Waste Identification Technical Specification(HJ 298-2019)and the Hazardous Waste Identification Standard(GB 5085.1~6-2007).The findings revealed that the four kinds of thermal desorption residues exhibited no hazardous characteristics,including flammability,reactivity,acute toxicity and corrosivity.The comparison among the maximum cumulative toxicity in thermal desorption residues was observed in the following order:Oil-based drill cuttings>oily sludge>waste clay>petrochemical sludge.The environmental characteristic pollution factors identified in this study include barium,titanium,nickel,cadmium,mercury,manganese,dioxins and dibutyl phthalate.It was recommended to strengthen the analysis of thermal desorption residue characteristics of oil sludge from more sources and different process conditions,and optimize the control measures if the hazardous properties had been identified.The research results can serve as a point of reference for the understanding of the hazardous characteristics of oil sludge thermal desorption residues and for the prevention and control of pollution.关键词
