摘要

Abstract

The integration of digital and intelligent technologies into spacecraft system-level mechanical environment simulation testing has been shown to enhance data acquisition capabilities,efficiency,and test safety.This paper reviews representative applications of digital intelligence in mechanical testing,including data-driven extrapolation methods for optimizing sensor placement and test planning,intelligent analysis and interpretation of large-scale datasets,and digitally assisted wiring.Furthermore,intelligent monitoring and anomaly localization based on voiceprint imaging,along with multi-source data fusion-based sensing and measurement technologies,are employed to achieve wideband,full-field,and high-precision dynamic response measurements.By combining simulations with sparse measurement points,data gaps and blind zones can be effectively compensated.Finally,recommendations are proposed to promote the digital-intelligent transformation of mechanical environmental testing in China,with the aim of accelerating the overall intelligent upgrading of spacecraft environmental engineering.
