摘要
Abstract
Ochratoxin A(OTA)is a secondary metabolite primarily produced by fungi of the genera Aspergillus and Penicillium.Due to its potent nephrotoxicity and hepatotoxicity,OTA poses serious threats to the health of pets.With the rapid development of the pet food industry,the contamination of OTA in pet food has become increasingly prominent,attracting widespread attention.This review summarizes the current status of OTA contamination in pet food and focuses on the research progress of biological detoxification.This article provides a comprehensive theoretical basis and practical perspective for the further development and application of OTA detoxification technologies.关键词
